Hi all! Hope you are doing well! How we communicate is important and there are a ton of different things at play as we communicate information. In our resources this week, Dr. Stolovitch made the statement that it's not what we are communicating but how we are communicating. Are we paying attention to our body language, tone, speed of speech, eye contact, etc.? These minute details come into play as we communicate important information. There is so much research and literature surrounding this topic, even entire classes dedicated to it!
